virus attacked again...

A few days ago, hubby checked his mail from his client. Right after reading the attached mail, he went to have his bath. And when he came out, the PC rebooted. A day later, the PC rebooted itself at times. And finally, the desktop icons and start bar menu all went missing.
What was left is only the beautiful Mitsubishi Grandis wallpaper. ( yes, we are dreaming of getting this MPV someday ! )

He spent hours trying to fix the problems. Even reinstall the windows again. Finally, yesterday i sits down in front of this PC. Looking into the problems.

anyway, Google is always our best friend. So, i googled for the similar symptons online. And voila ! some people out there are having the same problem as us. And thus, i came to know the name of this virus ! Its is VUNDO Trojan.

Read through many options and ways some peoples posted online. And then, saw this someone posted how he got it fixed with SUPERAntiSpyware . Then i googled for its site, and get the free download. Really fixed the problem leh !

And the PC + internet is indeed running faster than previous. Hmm.. i wonder why so many hackers nowadays, writing new virus sending it everywhere. Probably i should take some lessons as well ? It would be handy if i could create one virus and spread on everyone PC. But this virus would only spread messages that i wanted to send. Haha !

ok, glad the PC is fixed. And i wonder why we always end up with the problems of virus infection just because we trusted our friend or whatever....

so, its qutie difficult to shoot when baby is constantly moving. As when the object moved, it would be blurred shots. Later, i'll try upload those taken with proper Digi Camera... hehe...

Neverending changing diapers and feedings...

that's the scene everyday... all clothes diapers hanging... And life seems a bit monotonous at the moment. Doing the same thing all over again and again. And tiring as well.

I have been so deprived of sleeps lately, that my eyes seems to have shrunk from its usual bright and big size. Now, they looks like mere two short lines across the face. XD

At night i am getting at most 2 hour sleeps and then up for feeding, and then 2 hours sleep before another round of feeding. Because baby Xuan still being breastfeeded, those are the insanely hour we just have to go through... Though its tiring, i do hope i could last those breastfeeding until at least 4 months... ( seems like fat chance.. ).

Luckily i have Ning to helps me with some of the 'babysitting' works and helps around the house. And Jing too, who will constantly helps to inform me with " baby is crying...", "baby wants mummy" , "baby wakes up already " and "baby very noisy...." . The girls are certainly very helpful, but for Jia, he certainly does not bother very much. Being boys, they rather leaves all these babysitting works to the girls.

This is baby Xuan at 1 month old. Eyes more alert now. And doesn't sleeps as long as the beginning few weeks. And now , he is beginning to smile and respond to my 'chat-up' with him... or more like , my antics to make him smile.

He got his jab again during the one month old visit... i forgot for what jab it was... He's due to another jab this september month anyway.
That's part of baby life, never ending different kind of jabs awaiting him until at least he is 3 years old.

All these immunisations jabs, should we call ourselves lucky ?

during his last visit, doctor says he is OVERWEIGHT ! He weighted at 12 lb 2 oz ( 5.5 Kg ). I dunno where he gets all those weights from. For he only took formula milks at most twice a day or less, and mostly on breastmilk. And i thought breastmilk fed babies tend to be lighter compare to formula powder milk fed babies. Anyway, most important for me is, he is Healthy ! that is more important than anything else.

We didn't hold any special full moon party for him. Partly out of respect for his grandfather who just passed away this year on the month of May. And so, we just have a little get together among family members. Anyway, some dear friends who visited with gifts are certainly very warming indeed. *thanks for the lovely gifts ! *

I hope i'll be able to stay healthy while looking after him... *yawn* i am so sleepy....!

what would a 4 years old say, when caught doing something bad ?

Yesterday, Ning ( the eldest dotter )was very upset because one of her paper toy clothes was spoilt. This paper toy clothes, are those that is printed on paper, that we cut it out with side folding, so that they can be put on top of another paper toy model.

She showed her daddy the spoilt paper toy clothes. Complaining someone badly damaged that piece.

Their daddy knowing it must be Jing's ( the youngest dotter ) work, so he confronted her.

their conversation goes somewhat like this...

daddy : Jing, did you do this ? ( showing her the piece of paper toy clothes )

Jing : No, not me....

daddy : then who did ?

Jing : It must be Ghost......

confinements day number sixteen

See the different expressions of his face. In fact, there were more... but i wasn't that lucky or patient to wait and snap.
The one expression which i still failed to snap is when he smiles, at times even chuckles.

Yeah, baby at just weeks old, he does smile ! And when he smiles, its so sweet that it takes off whatever worries or unhappiness in you. It felt as if suddenly the 'happiness' button inside you were automatically switched on !



I've gone through half a month of confinements by now. It's day 16 ! And i havn't wash my hair. It's so haggard looking now. Bet the flies would loves to make a nest in them. Anyway, i don't sweat that much lah ! Thanks to air conditioning ( mostly at night lah... for sleeping comfort ), its not so bad....

Food wise, i've been only taking ginger wine chicken ! The other day i get to eat some sour vinegar pork leg and pork's stomach black pepper soup. Fluids are mostly red dates boiled water, warm water or milk. It's totally very healthy, no sugar and salt !
Well, they say this is the period to cleanse the uterus/ stomach and rebuild my loss blood.

I must say, this time my blood loss is kinda massive. Right after given birth, my gynae was a bit worried when she sees my anaemic condition. Anyway, at this moment, the blood discharge has lessened. If it goes on, i think i would be too pale white, without any blood left !

so, i spent my days mostly sleeping, breastfeeding, changing baby napkins, resting ! I have spend lesser times with my elder 3 kids.... hmm, probably when confinement period ended, i'll made up the time with them.

Xuan has got his birth certificate now. His mykid's card can only be collected in a month time.
For those new parents to be, when you go and apply for the birth certificate... remember to bring these few things....

- birth certificate form ( given by hospital and to be filled up )
- letter from the hospital confirming the birth took place
- your gynae visitation card
- both parent's original MYKAD
- marriage certificate

and don't forget to photocopy the above all documents before you turns up !
That's what caught everyone unaware ! Hubby thought he was so lucky, with no crowds at the Maju Junction JPN centre ( 7th floor ). Only to be told, to get those documents photocopied !
( It wasn't mentioned in the hospital's memo, and everyone was unaware of this new ruling ).
So, he went down stair and to his 'surprise', there was long queues of parents waiting to have their documents photocopied !

Dunno why the JPN can't do it themselves ? save cost ? save time ? Aren't those paid by us tax payer ? What do the photocopy machine in their office for ? -_-" duh !

Ten years ago, when we apply for Ning's birth certificate, we don't need to photocopy anything. In fact, it was done right at the hospital itself !

Whenever we touched on these public service department, dunno why we always get very worked up ! hehe....

and Baby arrived !

the morning itself on 30th July 2008

I woke up suddenly at around 5.30 am by a sudden light trickle of water....
( it could be from the water bag ). I still have the gel like mucous stains on my pad.
I goes back to sleep after a change of fresh pad.

Then i got up again at 5.55am... go to the toilet. And there it was, the bloody showing !
That's what some of the pregnant ladies sign that labour is coming soon. It's the first time for me, because previous pregnancy involves water breaks and only light blood stain.

Feel a bit kancheong now. Nevertheless, still remains calms. As the contractions yet to kick into regular pattern. Prepare Ning for school, and told hubby to be ready after he send her to school.
I start repacking my stuffs.. ( even though i've packed and recheck, and i still left out some stuffs after i got there.... cheh ! )

I tries lying down to wait for the contractions. It came, but still very short contractions for between 10 - 15 minutes at times.

By 7.45 am, i can feel the contractions lasted longer now. So, we decide to leave for hospital. Calculating that it being a normal working day, there would be some hold up on the traffic jams by the morning rush hour to work.
And indeed, we did got caught in a slow crawl upon reaching the end of the parliament highway joining the Jalan Tun Razak. At times the car remains stationary as well. The contractions was getting much longer and pain started to kicks in at times.

Reached hospital, did the necessary registration and by the time i am in the delivery ward lying, it was almost 8.30 am.
The dilations of the cervix walls started rather quickly. By 9.30 am, it already reached 5 cm.
But the contractions makes the pain on the front abnominal and the back so damn painful !
Those 'pains' relives again my memory of my previous delivery....

By 10 am, i know the baby will surely arrive after 11 am. When the hour came, i felt like couldn't hold on any longer ! But the nurse advised me to hold it a bit longer, so that the cervix is dilated properly by 10 cm, to have a smooth delivery. Because they predicted my baby to BIG size !

I don't know how i 'tahan' until that final moment. But it was indeed a pain of the utmost degree... i don't think anybody can understand this kind of pain.. haha, except those who has gone through a child labour. When the final moment comes for the pushing, i was really glad.
And it was only few minutes of pushing, and the baby came out !

his arrival...
He is indeed BIG ! weighing at 9 lb 2 oz ( 4.16 Kg ) When they put him on my stomach, there is some satisfaction ( to see a complete healthy baby ), glad ( that the labour is over ), and surprisingly relaxed.well... he took on his elder brother's face shape, and there is a little bit of his sister's eyes and the chin.... The nose are much bigger than his sisters, but not as big as his brother. :p


He doesn't looks like a newborn.. And i wonder if i indeed have overdue the delivery date ? anyway, my last gynae did wrote down on the medical card that my EDD is on 30th July, 2008.
His tummy isn't bloated like what most newborn babies are. He looks strong, his body and legs are lengthy. In fact, i find his feet kinda big too... another bigfoot to the family! And his toe thumb is big too ( this same gene with his brother as well... )
everybody in the family loves this new addition to the family. Jing was so excited when baby came home. She even took her soft toys ( the bigger than baby sized barney, bear, etc ) and put them beside her new younger brother. Haha !
And then, she even brought her small blanket and pillow and bolster, intending to share with her new brother. But not until night fall, she took them back as she needs them. LOL !

mucous discharge ?

I've got two time or three of those mucous discharge today.
About the size of 20 cents coin. Goey almost like those we gets when we have running nose, sticky... clear a bit light greenish or yellow... whatever !

so, i checked the internet for more info....
And a lot was saying, mine are considered parts mucous plug discharge. These are the mucous that's found on my cervix opening. They are supposed to be there to protect the baby's amno sack... or placenta/womb.

And it the mucous are all purged out, the final showing should be a bit if blood or maybe pinkish..
then the amno liquid should follows...

My last 3 pregnancy, there was none of this mucous plug showing. Probably they did came off and i didn't realize it, i don't know. The first two was water breaks, the third was a small blood spot and i had induction for that last one.

so, right now i am getting a bit excited. Reading from those people posted experience, it could be days or few weeks now... I can feel my tummy still tightening at several interval moment. ( not very regular ).

i'm still waiting for the first sign of labour contractions ( which should be from the lower back )

o'dear.. i wish it would comes sooner... ( i'm tired of this stage... waiting, is not my forte ! )
And i had been spending my time reading my old Harry Potter books ! ha ! ANd can u imagine that i finished reading book 5 and book 6 in two days time ?
Rereading them, refreshed my memory on the books again. Anyhow, i found out i forget or misses out on some on the details during the last time i 'speed' reads through them when i first got my hand on them !
LOL !

i'm going to read the last book again tomorrow !.. hehe...

i secretly hopes at least tomorrow morning my water will break lah....
if not, before my next gynae check up which is on 31st July !

Final trimester !

see the video ? That's how my tummy moves when the baby moves. At times, it can be very tiring especially when baby has the 'hiccups'. It kind of 'beeping' constantly every few seconds, which can be irritating, especially when i sleeps. At times, it felt like the baby doing some taichi moves inside... -_-"

At times, it can be moving like some waves of the ocean. Dunno what the baby up to inside the womb. And when the baby chooses to stretch, my whole tummy hardens and it can be very painful. The stretch sometimes would make my rib cage on my left quite painful !

hah! and bet those fathers to be don't know what us pregnant woman going through... all these 'womb' activities !

Recently i can feels the baby head like kind of already lodged deeper down near my pelvic area. So , at times i feels kind of painful to walk. sometimes, i don't feel anything.
Maybe baby is getting ready in position... maybe baby coming sooner than expected ?

maybe the guess could be 28 ? 30?
or maybe later during Beijing Olympic ? haha....

whatever ler... most of all, baby must be healthy ! Now i recalls back my last delivery ( which was 4 years ago ), i kinda have a bit of fear... because the last time, it was part 'induction', and when the baby was coming out, the urge was kinda very urgent, and painful ! unlike the earlier two elder child i had. geesh... every delivery seems to gives me different sensation feelings !
I hope nothing goes bad for this last one ! Moreover its gonna be a new gynae.... *sigh* lagi kancheong !

I wonder if my weight has passed the 66kg marks ? Because about 2 weeks after that 62 kg weight, i was up to 64 kgs !... 2 kg add on within 2 weeks time !

My tummy certainly looks very big now ! Bigger than all my previous pregnancy. And as they says, with each pregnancy, the baby weight gets heavier and bigger !
The last baby i had was 7 lb 6oz ! i hope this baby doesnt go anywhere over 8lb, then i sure pain like hell !

somebody rang in the early hour of the morning. Gave me a sudden wake up call...

oh well, its not really very early, but i am still in my slumbering dream then. I look at the number shown on screen, it says 017- XXXXXXX....

now, there's no name. So, that means it's not in my contact list. So, i continue my sleep.
Then, it rang again, the same number... " Hmm, must be urgent ? " i thought, so i pick up the calls.

017 : .............
me : hello ?
017 : ............... hello !
me :............ yes ?
017 :.... ahh, boleh cakap dengan Mxxx ( can't really hears the name , but i know its not me )?
me : sorry, wrong number .
017 :... ohhh , sorry !

i end the calls then.

few minutes later, *toot* an sms came into my phone.

"Hye awak dah kahwin ke "

*toot* another message came in..

"Saudari ning sapa nama , tinggal mana , mcm mana no. Tel saudari hnya 4 org je tau. "

i didn't bother to reply, still wanna continue my sleep... and then, another *toot*..and another message came in...

"Saudari yg sbnrnya sy hanya ikut tekan je no tel saudari , sbb sy rasa no. Tel yg sy dail mcm prnh sorang tman sy pakai. "

Is that a guy desperate to be in touch with some girl who might have knowingly given him a wrong number ?

And a few days later, at 5 am plus, this same number rang up my phone again. I must say, it was rather disturbing. Ever since that, i have to remember to lower the phone volume and place the phone in the drawer instead.

I wonder how many peoples always chat up those strangers that suddenly calls them up ?
It kind of reminds me of the time when i was a teenager... 17 years old to be precise. I was taking a public bus home from tuition. And i had this key chain with my name, address and phone number on it attached to my bag. That time, there was this guy who was sitting behind me who was kind of leaning forward. I didn't realise what he was doing.

Until i got home. I got a phone call from this guy. Isn't it stupid ? the keychain with the contacts is a dead give away. when we were thinking of 'labelling' what is our property, we are in actual giving out too much of our personal info to practical strangers.

So, this guy calls up, and i had no idea who he is and how he knows my contacts. Finally, he tells me he got my details from the keychain while sitting behind me inside the bus. Well, that time i was wary of strangers as well. So, it was lucky he didn't really catch my full address, so i made up story of me going to my relative house instead of my own home.

anyway, after a few calls, eventually he did not calls anymore as i refused to see him or 'layan' much.

I guess, i did chat up a few strangers back to those days, even when i had started working. Until i wisen up, and finally gives false phone number... hahaha... evil huh ?
well, i intentionally gives a wrong number. If my phone number is 01234567, i will give it as 01234756 .

so, back to this "017", i don't think i want to waste money on sms and phone calls.... Don't plan to take it any further.
its definitely a wrong number calls, let it just stay that way.

Her birthday gift for me arrived on 3 July. In fact, she reminded me to keep a look out for it on the day before.... officially, i got the earliest greetings from her on her own birthday instead...
yeah, this is a net pal who is very good buddy with me, who also shared the same chinese horoscope as well as the western horoscope... cancer !

62 kg now ! And one more month to go....

It is actually quite big at times, when the baby stretches !

My gynae told me if its early, it would be due on middle of July... otherwise, it would be end July.

And we are still thinking of a suitable name for baby... Probably just like Jing, the name will come eventually when see her comes home with us. :D

a new gynae !

so.. i finally got a new gynae today. A she... :)

The appointment was earlier set for yesterday, and then i got a call from the nurse informing me that wednesday was the doc's off day. Thus, it was changed to this morning.

And then, i have to wait for 1 hour because she was in the operation theatre...*sigh* i thought i needn't wait much as not many patients would be seing her, since it's supposed to be her first month in this hospital.

anyway, i was third to see her. A nice woman, who spends time really explaining the difference between having the 'tied' option with the 'removing' of the ovary. So, now i am much more educated on this... kikiki...

And then, she took the trouble to explain my baby's development progress, so that we could pinpoint the due date for delivery. The main problem here is, i forgot my last period date. Very hazy and i can't be sure. Which was why, she explained the earlier trimester measurement of the baby's size is very important to estimate the date.

So, she gave the EDD date as end July. And she says it might be earlier .... oh...
i don't know. Part of me wanted this to be over so much, but being that early is kind of catching me off guard. What if, it should be early august ? sigh....

And she told me my blood pressure is very low, not so good as i would be expected to have major blood loss during child birthing process. So, she advised me to stock up on vitamins ! calciums! irons ! And my this visit bills came up to RM 161 !!! huhuhu.... being pregnant can be an expensive affair... kinda missed my old gynae... a visit would only cost me RM 56 + - .....

month of MAY where things happens all at once

It has been a whirlwind of events. And things have been on the downside for quite a while. And it seems all the bad things coming together during these April and May transitions.

I've got lousy streamyx connection, at times it was totally unconnected to the internet for days. Luckily i have somewhat grow abit away from being too attached to the internet. If not, it would have been like hell for me.

And then, my father in law has been falling sick and hospitalised for pneumonia and lung infections. After fighting for his life for about a week, he finally passed away last wednesday on 8th May 2008, about after 1 am. It was so sudden for us. For the last time i see him was earlier April. He's 74 this year. And he was an able and healthy person, always traveling from Johor back to Penang to see his relatives alone.

It was saddening to see him goes like this. I guess, this is life cycle. We can never know what will happens tomorrow. And so, we have to go back to Johor Bahru for his funeral ceremony, which lasted 5 days. Me being pregnant, was exempted from carrying those traditional furneral rites. The cost alone is really jaw dropping to me. I don't know how my sister in law handles such event. My own father's furneral does not cost that much, and was within the 'white money' paid.
I guess that's the difference of prudent people and those who spends excessively.

Experiencing this funeral rites, i really thinks its kind of a wastage to spend so much money on one such event. I wonder if all chinese have are 'face' ? Is it really necessary ?
I would be for sure, would make a will for my children, not to have too lavish funeral ceremony for me. Why waste money on a dead body ? It's enough to remember me while they can. I rather be remembered for my works and deeds done. My body parts should be donated to those who needs them, and after fire cremated the rest of mine body, it should be just discarded to the open sea. After all, i loves the sea and water. ;)

I have been sleeping most of the two three days after we returned. Don't know why i feels so tired. I am just counting my days until my delivery day. Which i hope would quickly comes. I'm so tired of being pregnant. For i can't do much in present state. I can't walk much, i can't work, i can't do anything much. I am like a useless and lazy person right now.

the 2008 Election Fever in Malaysia

Everyday in the paper, the reports covers mostly about candidates pitting against each other, the polling centres, the communities, etc... Everthing touching on the election from the front few pages onwards. As if all other activities, criminals events etc are of least importance during these periods.

Eversince from last year, when everyone was guessing when was the exact election date; we could feel the change in the ruling government in policies. Suddenly, there was so many new announcements of some new policies to benefits the peoples. Surely, do we everytime need a new election to spurs those in power into action ? That people's feelings and welfare is a cause for concern ?

Though we know, throughout the years, there were many negatives highlights ( over the internet ) on some overzealous ministers' remarks. And numerous controversial cases involving some representatives or minister's antics being questioned by one bold newspaper.

Surely, we can't ignore these happenings everytime an election came when lots of promises were made ?

I can't help but feeling vindicated by this statement. Do we really need a 'race' representative in a government in order to ensure that special 'face' right is not ignored ?
Does a welfare worker for children would turn away an elderly person plight just because he or she is not representing that certain group of people ? I thought 'people's representatives' simply means representing Malaysian from every walk of life, no matter race or color or faiths.

Power sharing ? Tolerance ? All these sounds BS to those who really works for the people, who put others first before themselves. There shouldn't be any power sharing to start off with, for every Malaysian should be equally capable in the capacity of work that they are put into with. Unless they are ill qualified for the job.

Another thing which really makes me wonder is, why is it that every voters have to think about 'garbage collecting, amenities like lights and water, proper roads, etc ' for their whatever constituencies ? Shouldn't that be the obligation of the respective local council to work at ?
Certainly the present administrative system from how the country is being run from local council to the top are questionable. Do we need a people representative to get the local council to provide the basic ameneties and smooth running like simple garbage collecting and cleanliness ?
Isn't that what local councils are there for in the first place ?

why is it we always hear this reps talking about who can take care of these problems, solves these problems ? Isn't that glaringly clear that the local council needs to be kicked into action ?
why do they collect quit rents for ? And to think the government is paying for their salary as well.

Let aside how all those stalls sprouted along all the road side. Where do they get their licenses and permissions from ? There are plenty of shops available for rent or sale, for these business to starts off with. And some great government loans for some of these traders. But they shunned the usual 'shop' image, instead opted for roadside stalls which only add problems to roadside parking and congestions. And wonder what does the hygienes checking comes in these places ?
Probably the Fire Rescue department's approval that were needed for every business in shops places, were needed in these road side stall as well.

If only Malaysia move away from racial type representatives government...
If only Malaysia can move away from these racial sentiments, I believe we could have far more efficient people's representative whose genuine interest is for the best of every Malaysian.
Then we might see a cleaner city, one that is not only in term of physical clean, but corruptions free as well.

All i know very clearly is, i need someone who would addressed each and everyone of us as simply 'Malaysian'. To start off with, take away those 'races' and 'religion' column from our birth certificate and Mykad.

sunny and windy

It's a beautiful day today. Windy yet the sky are clear and sunny. A good day for laundry indeed. XD.
This morning i realize i can't drink Milo. I vomitted all my breakfast, and uh.. it wasn't a pleasant experience because after taste on my mouth is really yucky. Weird that my body reacts better to coffee. Something that i don't drink that much when i am not pregnant.

I know, coffee is bad for pregnant lady, what can i do ? Havn't find any alternative that won't make me puke. Even 100% or its equivalent 'Excel' drinks will make me puke too.
This preference for caffeine seems to point that the baby might be a boy... almost similar taste when i carry my son. But the taste for others foods is totally different and difficult to catch. Right until now i had no idea which food i preferred. Some days, i will not be able to tolerate them eventhough i might had love the food earlier on. *sigh* it's getting really complicated.

The tummy is poking out, and i can't wear my usual tee anymore. Anyway, my 'usual' tee are those slim cut ladies tee... haha... that means, i have to wear those 'mens' cut tee... boxy style.. those style that i least like because the neckline is suffocating to me.

I should be at my my second trimester now. Felt way much better as compare to the earlier few months. I could walks around, do some household chores, catch up with some little internet stuffs. Hopefully, i would be very fit and healthy.. since my horoscope reading for this year keeps warning of bad health.

Chinese New Year will be wrapping up by this Thursday. Nothing much special this year, since last year didn't fare any better to celebrate this year. Hopefully this year would have more to get so that next year i can have pompous celebration.. haha.
Didn't manage to see all my friends. May next year i would be able to visit and see all my friends during the CNY. That's oh so important thing in my life.

anyhow, i have a feeling this is going to be a great year with many great things going to happen.
I hope my sixth sense are right. :)

Its 7th day of Chinese Lunar New Year of Rat

Gong Xi Fa Cai...
these must be the most frequently uttered words during the last few days. Even little Jing Jing will utter that 4 letter words to me whenever she leaves the room.. as though that's the replacement word for 'bye bye'.

Today is the 7th day of the chinese new year, and it's considered 'people's day' ( yan-yat ). Yet i had to get my blood tested today.... dunno it's consider good thing or bad thing.. lol !
since i am now in the high risk group because of my age, i've to get my blood check for possibility of down syndrome case for the baby. Hopefully the result would be good ler...

The past few months was a constant battle to keep myself from throwing up too much. I was vomitting heavily that my skin dries up so badly. My legs with those white fish like scales... yuck..

luckily, i am getting better now, and able to drink more water too. Phew... i hope things just gets better and better. Especially now that the unlucky pig year is gone for good. LOL !

Happy Birthday Mom !

It's my mom's birthday...
it should be her 66th birthday.

Let me recalls her life as she has always told me.
She came from a big family, of 14 siblings, 3 of them died while in their infancy. Another was given away. Those were the old days when all everyone did is producing babies. I'm glad i am not in that generation.

Even though her grandparents are well to do family, her father wasn't that good business man. He flounders the family wealth and business. My maternal grandfather is a gambler. He practically gambles the family wealths, fortunes and happiness away.

So, my mom has to work even at tender age. She always told me how she has to work at bricks factory, carrying bricks at age nine. Which made her very tanned to this very day. And aside from working, she has to care for her younger siblings and do household chores as well.

She do have a very difficult life. But she was hardworking and never stops working, even up to this day. She can never sit still. Probably her engine are very much tuned to work on and on.

As a child, i am a very fortunate to be her daughter. As she would take cares of everything for me and my siblings. Such that, we just have to concentrate on our studies and career. She is a very supportive mom. When dad didn't bring in enough income, she started sewing part time at home, and then babysits too.

So, i gets early baby caring crash course when i was just 12. :D
And her hardworking spirit somehow rubbed on me. All we ever think of was trying to work more to earn extra. Thats why most of my school holidays were spent working as temporary sales girl, selling sweet corn, clothes and in a restaurant. Sometimes, after working full time, i had another part time job waiting for me.

My main objectives was to give my pay to her, so that she can clears the debts. Those were the days when there is such thing as 'I.O.U' with the local sundry shop. They just took some groceries and charge them to the account. The boss of the shop somehow trusted them. I don't think people nowadays gives this kind of IOUs anymore....

Today, my siblings family and mine, celebrated her birthday together.
We went for hi-tea at the Atas Brasserie, Legend Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. It was so packed with peoples. It has been quite a long time ago that i last visited that place. Foods was okay, not much to be expected as they are charging at RM38++ per person.

I was hungry, so busy eating that i forgot to snaps any picture... LOL>>
or was i too happy in my family's companion? In this kind of ocassion, i tend to just forget how good or bad the food is. Most importantly are the companions. And we hang out there until 4.30pm with full bloated tummy.

Later , we went over to sunway pyramid. At 6pm, we got into Redbox for Karaoke sessions.
Everyone was busy singing. But mom did not sing. :D hahaha...
well, just for the fun of togetherness... so, we eats buffets served by the Redbox Sunway again.
By this time, my belly kind of being too 'tight' with food... I feel very much like a pig.
Imagine two buffets in a day ?

Oi Lee commented that the foods served at the Redbox was much better than Legend's.
We sang until 11.45pm. that was long, almost 5 hours. But we did had fun. Seing mom's happy.
Probably she might feel even happier if Jason and his family were able to join in.

I hope i would be able to bring mom see the other part of the world. She has toured singapore, China, Thailand and HK. But she has never seen the europeans cities, the other side of the planet.
If you give her a map, she wouldn't be able to tell where exactly is thailand or singapore. I hope she gets to travel while she can. May she have a healthy old age life. Good health are more important than anything for them.

There is something special about our body. They let us know when something's different.
In Science, we calls it hormonal changes. In spiritial, we calls it Sixth Sense.

It was these time, that both works the same for me. I should had noticed earlier, just that i didn't care much. Until few nights ago, i starts to recalls back the changes i had in me. My daily routines seems to have changed.

I felt my pulse was quicker than usual. Even when i am lying down. I felt unusually heaty.
Then i remembered the few days before, how i had felt so hungry all the time. If i don't eats, i felt emptiness on my stomach that i can feels nauseating.

And i started to takes afternoon naps, and naps every now and then...

Oh my! Then it dawned on me... My period should be here last week or this week ? Or the next week ? Everytime i fails to keep tracks, these are the time i couldn't be too sure.

But deep inside me, seems to be already sure what is happening.
I remembered i still had one test left from the last time i tested positive for my third baby, which was...3 years ago ? I checked the expiry date on the box... it says Expires before 11 2007!

And it was 1st of December ! Anyway, i wanted a quick answer, so used the test anyway.
Then the waiting is on. Not for very long though, the liquid ( urine lah ) starts seeping up the test stick. One line emerged...... and then, the second line too !

So, the box says, if there's two line, that means the test positive !
But i wasn't too sure, because the box is kind of expired anyway... Eventhough, my whole body seems to be giving the same message to me. Afterall, i have gone through 3 pregnancy !

So, yesterday i went to the pharmacy to pick up another test box again. The same kind of 2 test kit inside one box. I don't know why i had been getting this since my 2nd pregnancy. :) Probably i can be called as 'a loyal customer'... LOL !

This second test outcome was the same.... so , currently it's confirmed . The 4th baby is coming...

Haven't go check with my gynae though.... kind of lazy, thinking about all the whole same process all over again.....

I have been taking a break from surfing with my notebook, eversince it was down with a terrible virus infection ! sleepless night , poring over all the net for read up on this virus , its symptons etc...

geesh... it sounds like some real disease that infects humans eh ? It does... it caused disruptive life to our otherwise smooth internet surfing activities... which has becomes a part of our modern day to day life events. At this point of life, i wished i am somewhat a genius computer expert or at least a smart hackers.... *sigh*.. that wasn't the case to be... my talents simply lies elsewhere.

anyway, after few days and nights, my notebook did conquer afterall, and won.... but still, i'm kinda lazy to start using it again... I begins to sounds like someone who has just got well from some skin disease and begins shunning public pool , public places, etc...

Anyway, as of till now, i am still using desktop PC now. :D
I have been spending so much time on Facebook... i think i am getting a Facebook overdosed !

Today was a lazy sunday afternoon... and there was nothing much on lelong forum. so, i thought its a good time to check up on friends's blog....

as usual, Cloud7's blog still pretty stagnated with the 3 or was it 4 baby picture with no further updates ! As if the baby has comes to a standstill growth... *choiii *
